Awesome stuff. Again, please make use of us as resources.
And, to the "team":
We have (it looks like) two people who are diving into o-pi for some
nifty projects. It would be wonderful if their explorations were
available for viewing by other members of the community. This would
also make it easier for us to support them. (I guess I'm talking about
Aaron and Dennis here... in the third person... to the others on the
team... kinda a weird set of pronouns, but I'll continue...)
Do we want to:
1. Provide a directory in the SVN for users to put code?
2. Encourage users to put their code in some other repository?
3. None of the above?
For example, if Dennis already has some code to test motors, there's a
good chance that he's exploring things that we'll want to move into
the core library. (We want to make it easy to do interesting things
with the Plumbing libraries, so this isn't a surprising thing.)
However, I'm curious how best to support users/help them with what
they're doing/feed things back into the core.
Food for thought, anyway. I know some of these things might not scale
well, but I thought I'd ask just the same.
Cheers,
Matt
