There's a pile of -dev packages which you'll need to install, as well as
the autotools.  These should be fairly standard, if you're using a 'Raspbian'
(debian based) installation.  In short:

Hopefully most of these will work -- some probably won't exist, but that
shouldn't be a huge problem for the TVM.
