[CCC DEV] Towards releases

Hi all,

I'm in the process of getting a Windows 7 VM built. My next step will be to
build a fresh new Transterpreter/IDE installer. This will move us closer to
being able to ship new releases again. After that, I'll get the Mac build
running again.

If anyone wanted to aid my lead-up-to-summer-"sprint", I would say that
aiding in a Git migration would be wonderful. After that, we have a few
more mechanical things that would be nice (Linux distribution, branch
merging, etc.), but one step at a time.
