github has a system for hosting downloads.

We should probably plaster this across the site as we develop it:

This also leaves us with the question of what we do with the current
host. It does of course still do mail and mailing lists, but perhaps a
VM dedicated to that is a bit overkill... Fred offered some space on a
machine a while back as far as I remember, I also have a VM where I
don't mind hosting the mailing lists and MX (since I host my own MX
anyway).
