[CCC DEV] Site migration (step one)

This shouldn't effect end-users at all, in most ways...

A number of months ago, Jon Simpson did a quick-and-dirty port of the
site to Github Pages. Tonight, I pulled that over to a repos called
"concurrency.github.com". It's not *yet* a live replacement for the
existing site, but that's the goal.

Our hope is that this will make life easier in terms of updating and
contributing to the site. We'll likely need a
"downloads.concurrency.cc" to put large binary blobs (or, something),
but for now, this will do.

Should we put images in a static location as well, or should those be
in the git repos?
