[CCC DEV] [pop-dev] compiling/linking occam-pi code in windows 7

At some point after we break for xmas (friday) I am planning on
updating the Windows distribution. Could you provide some further
information so that we can perhaps identify and fix the bug before
then?

What code are you compiling?
What is the target?
Could you turn on verbose in the plugin preferences and attach the
output to the email?
and anything else that seems relevant.
