[CCC DEV] DocBook is dead to me

Hi all,

My experiments in converting the "book" into DocBook are rapidly
coming to an end. I thought it was a good idea, but I am finding that
getting the styling that I'd like is non-trivial. Or, perhaps it is
Publican that is the problem... but I don't yet see how I get the
freedom of styling that I need.

I'd like to have a web-accessible version of the book, so either 1.
work needs to be done on the LaTeX to make it more HTML-transformation
friendly, or 2. a better starting format (hence my experiments with
DocBook) seem useful.

I may revisit this, but for the short term, it is more important that
I do the website refresh during the break. Christian, could you drop
me a note off list and let me know what information I need to provide
you so I can access the repository and update things?
