[C.CC USERS] Updated website, documentation links

Hi all,

I finally tweaked a few pages to improve links to documentation.

http://concurrency.cc/docs/

Please feel free to suggest changes, etc. Or, because the website is in
git, please feel free to submit pull requests, or (if you have commit
access) to just make changes.

Because I use these tools in my teaching, I still want to make things as
usable as possible for my students and people exploring occam on the
Arduino. It will be summer before I can commit to really revising/rewriting
some of our materials in a serious way.

Related, my hope is that by summer we'll be able to ship updated versions
of the IDE. This will not have any significant impact to users (initially),
but it is a critical step for things to come.
