In this regard, if you don't currently have it under version control,
I can give you a version-controlled space under

http://projects.cs.kent.ac.uk/projects/kroc/trac/browser/kroc/trunk/tvm/arduino/community/

where you can commit work in-progress. The community directory doesn't
impact the tree directly, but does let people put things where
everyone else can get to it... meaning, it would make it easy for us
to interact around the code. That, or if you throw your work into a
Github repository or similar, we can (again) see what you're working
on and help/comment more directly.

Gladly. I've started an "Arduino Cookbook" project, and as you ask
questions, I'll (or someone else) can add answers to the cookbook.
This will be a great driver. Once we cover the basics, you should find
it very straight-forward.

That's awesome.

I had a housemate from France for a year, and he was constantly amazed
at my language abilities. ("Amazed," in truth, may not be a good
thing... but, I can puzzle through reading a bit. I must admit, my
ability to *write* or otherwise communicate in French is poor.)

Humor aside: would this make a good student project? If all of the
outputs of your research (in terms of software) are open source, I
could probably justify trying to find a student in the Modern
Languages department to undertake the translation task as an
independent study project or similar.

Most of us in the KRoC/TVM project are academics, and are happy to
help support research that uses the tools. Let us know what we can do
to help you be successful.

Cheers,
Matt
