[C.CC USERS] heartbeat run failiure on Windows XP

Ok, 

I followed all steps in the updated Plumbing book in Chapter 1. 
Now I am able to run jEdit, and compile "heartbeat.occ", but when I try to run the heartbeat program on the Duemilanove, I get a failure message:

 "Using port com4 at 57600 
 tvm-arduino: program loading failed".

I have attached a jpeg file to show the problem. Com4 was the setting the Arduino software successfully used. Any ideas?
