[C.CC USERS] Qs re occPlug's "Arduino" target and "Upload Firmware". *apologies; newb*

After trying heartbeat and the Chapter 2 blink code, I've tried
adapting and twiddling Steve Pretty's serial.write test code to see if
there's a Pin13 pin-mapping problem that doesn't affect TX0, but so
far I'm not seeing output from that.

So based on my experiences I'm left wondering. Does occPlug's
Device:Arduino target setting work with a 16MHz ATMega328?

Is it possible the Firmware load worked properly, but that the occam
.ihex files are being transmitted at the wrong baud rate for this
platform?
