No. They dump every single serial port they find into the menu. On
OSX, we do substantially better by limiting to things that look like
an FTDI chip. (I assume your tweaks for the Uno took care of that
enumeration as well.)

On Linux, we just have to list things that match "ttyUSB[d+]". I think
we do already, but I don't know...

We do sane things on OSX and *NIX, which generally seem better (in
terms of finding potential Arduino devices) than you get when you look
for a board in the Wiring-based editor.
