If you successfully uploaded the firmware, try running

#INCLUDE "plumbing.module"

PROC main ()
  blink(13, 100)

The exciting thing about this project is that we don't have all the
hardware y'all test it on. Windows 7/Uno might be a new combo for us,
so do be patient for a moment and help us help you make sure you get
going (or we identify any problems that might exist!).
