This is a perfectly good place.

I noticed this about two weeks ago. occPlug saw major work towards the
end of last semester and over the winter holidays. It is now far
better suited to supporting multiple targets on multiple operating
systems.

That said, we probably missed something there.

Christian, Adam: should I throw these kinds of bugs in the
project-wide Trac instance? Would that be a good place for them to go,
or do we want them somewhere else? (I don't know where "somewhere
else" would be, mind you.)
