[C.CC USERS] occPlug doesn't work it quit and restarted

I don't know if bugs found should be reported to this list, or via 
another means.

I have found that if you close the occPlug plugin, then start it again 
from within the same transterpreter session, it is non functional until 
you completely quit the transterpreter and start it again. The only 
thing that works is the "Changed source file saved." warning when trying 
to compile, and the Clear Text Area function.

Mac OSX 10.6.2 with occPlug 1.0-pre1
