Hmm, this is strange.

There was a version of occPlug that was missing the actual plugin but 
this has been fixed in the past few revisions of the package, so if you 
do a 'apt-get update' and then 'apt-get upgrade' it should pick up the 
latest packages from the repository.

Just to confirm you have the latest version of the package: do a 'dpkg 
-s occam-pi-occplug'. The current version is 20100810.1520 and I can 
confirm that does include the occPLug.jar where it should be.
