I'm afraid we've run out of all the blank PCBs for the current revision 
but the good news is that we are in the process of getting quotes for 
some boards made. Having the boards (and possibly a kit to accompany the 
book) for sale is definitely on cards although we don't know when that 
will happen, yet.

The gerbers and other related documents will be published real soon 
though so you could get some fabbed if you really wanted to do so. That 
is the beauty of open source hardware :)
