Hi, Christian,

As you probably know I got a couple of emails from Matt suggesting a 
solution.

My problems with Windows 7 weren't with kroc, but with the Google 
Appengine for Java Eclipse plugin. It wouldn't install properly until 
someone suggested I try running Eclipse in administrator mode.  I didn't 
realize that when you log in to Windows 7 as an admistrator, it makes 
you a user and you have to up yourself to adminstator. I got used to 
Windows 7 noticing I needed admistrator privileges and asking me if it 
should upgrade me. Makes sense that I had to give Eclipse admin 
proiviliges as it was installin something.
