I re-read my code. "arduinocc-environment.sh" is written as part of
running the make-linux-pkg.sh script.

So, no, you won't find it.

Remember, that code is a stop-gap. Once classes end, I'll be able to
create proper Fedora/Debian packages for the toolchain, but in the
meantime, this creates a package that you can put in /opt/occam.

So, yes, you have to run it to get the env file. That environment file
is used by other tools at compile-time.
