[CCC DEV] Failing to build kroc for AVR

Seeing as build.sh is broken, as well as the make file in
/tvm/arduino/occam, I guess it would be useful if someone would update
http://projects.cs.kent.ac.uk/projects/kroc/trac/wiki/CrossBuilding
with the runes needed to invoke avr-occbuild by hand.
