[CCC DEV] Failing to build kroc for AVR

build.sh should either be removed (in favour of build_firmware.sh) or
updated to do something sensible. build.sh had parameters for
different arduino variants hardcoded, build_firmware.sh was made as it
uses the config files in occam/conf/
