I have also tried to use an Arduino Leonardo with the same result. I believe that Leonardo uses another method for reset and bootloading. Pressing the reset button does not help.

PS: Arduino Nano worked as a charm. Selecting "Arduino" and "COM4" on my Windows Vista box. DS
