Ugh.

I don't have an obvious answer, but the users@ list is a good place to
ask these questions.

Does anyone else have any ideas? That sounds like occ21 bombing out, but why?

(There is an "enable verbose" option in the plugin; perhaps ask them
to enable that and try again, so we might get a bit more info?)
