[C.CC USERS] Transterpreter failure message when unzipping

I just downloaded Windows 20110124.2023 (dev) from the Concurrency website. When I tried to extract it using  it, the message Windows extraction wizard, the message I got was "No files to extract". When I tried to open the zipped file, the message I got was "No files to extract" , even though the file downloaded size is 11,264 kb.
