Windows 20110121.1151 (dev) installed on Windows XP System.

Open JEdit 
Plugins drop-down opened
Open occPlug
Set parameters: Platform: Arduino
                Device: Arduino (using Duemilanove)

Unable to "open" using edit, type, or copy/paste "heartbeat" program into occPlug extension. occplug extension remains empty.

Hitting "compile" in empty occPlug extension results in the following message: 
               "Error: Only occam (.occ) source file can be compiled. The current buffer does not contain a .occ file!"
