[C.CC USERS] Book revisions underway...

Hi all,

Not that you were worried, but I thought I'd let you know that the
documentation is getting some love.

At this point:

* I've worked through (most?) of the book bugs reported to date.
* A chapter about "getting started" (eg. installing drivers and
firmware) is in place.
* Infrastructure is in place for generating both print and screen
versions (mostly, this means "low and high DPI images").

Related, a team of students at Hartford College did some work on
redesigning our web presence. We'll be incorporating some of their
work soon. Even if we don't get that done quickly, I do want to get
two resources online sooner rather than later:

* We have HTML documentation for the Plumbing library that is
generated from the code source. We'll get that up for you.
* We have some scans of old, out-of-print occam books that are still
(nearly, almost) 100% usable as good documentation for exploring
Plumbing on the Arduino. We'll put those up, too.

I said I'd get these things done over the holiday break, and classes
resume Wednesday. But, I want this done, so keep an eye out.
