[C.CC USERS] Arduino serial port fix?

Hi Doug,

I don't think I have had this particular problem with my boards, the
problem we were having was that the UART was set to double speed mode
by the boot loader which our firmware did not expect and setting a
baud rate using our software resulted in the chip running at double
that rate. For now we have turned off the doubler as the easy
solution!
