[C.CC USERS] ATMEGA 1280 Issues

Hi,

I just tried setting the board type to SEEDUINO MEGA instead of ARDUINO MEGA
and it seems to work for the chapter 1 heartbeat example at least. I tried
it with the chapter 2 example blinking pin 13 at 500 ms and that did not
work. This might be a clue.
