I have now uploaded new binaries for Mac and Windows that fixes two
things (and require that the new firmware is uploaded to your Arduino:
go to the plugin menu -> occPlug -> upload firmware...).

1) The firmware will now read out bytecode from the same address as
the environment will upload it to, this will fix the "tvm-arduino:
program loading failed" message

2) The baud rate speed doubler has been disabled in firmware for all
the boards. This is mostly relevant for the Arduino Uno though, which
will now be able to transmit messages on the serial port again
(without fudging the baud rate in the occam program)

Let me know (on the list) if there are any problems.

Cheers,
  Christian
