[C.CC USERS] FIRMWARE UPLOAD FAILTURE

Since i am an beginner in usage of jEdit, I dont know what to make of
following message coming when i try to upload firmware to my
Arduino2560 board.

Uploading Plumbing firmware
avrdude.exe: stk500_getsync(): not in sync: resp=0xd0

avrdude.exe done.  Thank you.

firmware upload exited with error code: 1



please help for i need parallel computing in my university project....
