This may help. It never made it online anywhere simply because...
because it didn't. As we bring the RCX/NXT back to life, this document
may become useful/relevant again.

For the moment, I've attached it here. I make little claim as to its
utility as a "stand-alone" document -- I wrote it very quickly as part
of an introduction to occam-pi. Further, I was present to answer
questions, so that means that things may be missing or unclear from
this booklet that would otherwise be easy to handle in person, but
might require you to ask questions. But, it is better than nothing,
and it was written with the RCX in mind.
