[C.CC USERS] Jedit: no occPlug in plugins menu

I've installed occam-pi package on ubuntu following the instructions
here:  http://concurrency.cc/blog/2010/07/17

...but I do not see occPlug in the Plugins menu of Jedit.  Where can I
check for this plugin "manually" to see if the install is OK?
