[C.CC USERS] A little trouble with "make upload"

Hey Guys,
I just tried to 'make upload' a PROG that I wrote using my newly inaugurated
Linux-Concurrency machine and i am running into a snag.
When I run the command 'make upload PROG=led-chase1" the compiler looks as
if it were compiling and uploading, but when I look at the Arduino nothing
has changed from the previous upload (in this case 'blink').
The file is placed in the /occam directory, and it appears that it is not
compiling during make. Running 'make' in that directory gives the 'nothing
to do for 'all'' error.
Any help would be great.
Best,
Aaron
