[C.CC USERS] arduinocc-environment.sh

Hi Dennis,

I can't spot arduinocc-environment.sh either, but then again I didn't
look very hard. I'll defer to Matt, he might now better since he
committed the script :)

I think I have been test compiling and running stuff on Windows 7 a
while back and I think it was ok. I can't remember if I tried to
upload stuff. I really should find some time to get back to finishing
the Windows build. I have teaching coming up soon though.
