Hi all,

Although it is short notice, we'll do our first dev chat this evening.
We'll do another next week as well, so as to try and get a fuller
group (depending on turnout this evening). Past that, we'll probably
start going bi-weekly.

I'll try and set the agenda further in advance in the future. I'd like
to suggest the following topics for this evening:

1. Introductions (5m)

We'll start with some introductions where necessary / needed.

2. Current Activity / Updates (10m)

Do a quick update regarding what we are working on.

3. Agenda Formation (20m)

Although it isn't terribly exciting, I'd like to suggest we generate a
list of potential topics for discussion / focus over the coming weeks.
I have a list in my head, and potentially others do to (or not). But,
we'll generate that list and see where it takes us.

4. To Do (10m)

We'll try and leave with something "to do." The goal in getting
meetings going is that we start getting things rolling a bit. Leaving
with something to do might be a good way to provide focus through to
the next meeting.

I'm going to propose 3:00 EST / 8:00 GMT / 9:00 GMT+1. Given the short
notice, I'm not too worried about who does or does not make it. We'll
try and get more people on-deck next week. Tonight, we'll aim for 45
minutes.

Let's meet on freenet on... #concurrencycc? That seems as reasonable
as anything else.
