[CCC DEV] Failing to build kroc for AVR

OK, so build completes now, however when I do
# cd tvm/arduino/
# ./build.sh

it dies with

avr-objcopy -O ihex -R .eeprom firmware firmware.hex
mv firmware.hex firmware.hex
mv: `firmware.hex' and `firmware.hex' are the same file
make: *** [firmware.hex] Error 1

I have done a make clean.
