[CCC DEV] Arduino Uno

Hi,

I have received some Arduino UNOs (and one Mega) for testing with our
software. So far the UNO seems to work fine by setting the upload baud
rate to: 115200. I currently have an UNO running heartbeat sitting on
my desk.

This should be fairly easy to work into the environment and then we
can release a version that is compatible with the new board. SparkFun
seems to have sold a few hundred of the UNO boards on launch day so
they will be floating around.
