[CCC DEV] Documentation flip from LaTeX to DocBook

Hi all,

Does anyone mind if I flip "Plumbing for the Arduino" from LaTeX to
DocBook? Specifically, I'm considering using Publican to drive the
production of both web and PDF versions of the content.

I'd like it if "the book" could be browsed on-line as well as
downloaded as a PDF. Publican and DocBook seem... as sane as most
anything else. But, I'm open to other suggestions.
