[CCC DEV] AVR Occplug Crash - Ubuntu

Hi guys,

Wasn't sure where to put the ticket in tack for this, so emailing the group.

Found a reproducible way of crashing/locking up occplug under ubuntu, not
tried on other OSs.

Steps...
 - Run some code on arduino from occplug
 - DO NOT push stop
 - upload firmware from the menu
