Also, the majority of the issues in the Windows build have little to
do with the actual packaging. Getting everything to build (the
codebase is *NIX centric) was hard, especially because of differences
in how environments are passed around between Linux and Cygwin.

The other big thing is finishing up the revised plugin. That isn't
"big" as in "hard," or even "big" as in "lots of code." It's probably
just the last remaining substantial/critical link in bringing all the
tools up to a point where we have 1. an IDE and 2. one-command that
checks everything out, builds it, and creates an installer for all
major platforms.
